National First-Generation College Celebration Day is held each year on 8 November 2024. The Bright Success Center honors this important occasion with a week-long celebration known as our First-Generation College Celebration Week (FGCCW).
This week provides an opportunity for cross-campus collaboration, engagement, and support in providing opportunities and events dedicated to recognizing and honoring our campus' significant first-generation college student population.
