Who may apply?
- For the 2025-2026 academic year, incoming first-year and continuing second-year students may participate in the University Honors Program.
- Incoming, first-year students may apply upon receiving their admissions notices from UC Merced.
- Current, first-year UCM students (who will be continuing, second-year students in Fall 2025) are eligible to apply in Spring 2025 for Fall 2025 program admissions.

When can I apply?
- For the 2025-2026 academic year, incoming first-years and UCM second-years may participate.
- Incoming, first-year students may apply when they receive their admissions notices from UC Merced.
- Current, first-year UCM students (who will be continuing, second-year students in Fall 2025) may apply starting Tuesday, 1/7/2025.
- We encourage students to apply by the priority consideration deadline of Sunday, 2/2/2025 at 11:59 pm.
