University Honors Program Requirements
In order to remain eligible for the University Honors Program, students must:
- Maintain a minimum cumulative UC GPA of 3.10.
- Complete Honors Curricular Requirements, which may vary based on the point at which the student enters the program.
- Attend Honors Seminars, which are offered once per year. These include the following, in order (these may vary based on the point at which the student enters the program):
- HON 001H
- HON 002H
- HON 003H
- HON 004H
- Fulfill Honors Co-Curricular Requirements, which include the following:
- Experiential Learning Experience
- Community, Mentorship, and Leadership Experience
- Met with the Honors Program Academic Advisor at least once a semester.
- Adhere to the UC Merced Principles of Community.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the student's administrative removal from the University Honors Program.
